    I felt that this video took a long time to produce and therefore it was a truly satisfactory video to watch. I felt that the animated drawing was a unique and creative approach, and was a good first start.

The scene I will be analysing from Casablanca is the last scene in the movie. It contains most of the characters that are in the movie. It has a very classic film noir style to it. It is very dark and set in the fog. This is classic film noir style. There is a clear separation in characters by the use of costume. The so called 'good guys' tend to have lighter costumes such as Lisa and Lazlo. They are the stereotypical heroes. Although rick never does anything wrong or criminal he has a darker ,but in the middle, outfit which shows that he isn't the definite hero and is still a bit dark and mysterious. Another classic film noir trope that this specific scene in Casablanca abides to is the shadows. The three spike lee films ill be looking at in this essay is ' Do The Right Thing', 'Malcom X' and ' Inside man'. 1) Malcom X Malcolm X is a 1992 film, directed by spike lee, exploring the life of the infamous black activist Malcolm X. Malcolm X follows the life of African American activist Malcolm X. Rising from a troubled childhood, in which his father, a preacher, is murdered by the Black Legion and his mother is institutionalized for insanity, Malcolm gets a job as a Pullman Porter, calling himself Detroit Red. After getting involved with a Harlem gangster named West Indian Archie with whom he has a falling out, Malcolm flees to Boston and decides to become a burglar. He and his best friend, Shorty (played by Spike Lee) are arrested by the police and Malcolm is sentenced to a ten-year prison term. Hot Fuzz Film Review

Hot fuzz is set in the small remote village of Sandford and follows two main protagonists, Nicholas Angel and Danny Butterman. It starts by having Nicholas frost being sent to a remote village by his police force in London as he is an outstanding officer and is making them look bad. He is sent to the small village of Standford, which has won village of the year 4 years in a row, which appears to have no criminal violence or activity.  During the film there are many great examples of the use of transitions and camera angles. During one scene where Nicholas Angel is travelling from London to Standford, there are many great cuts and sound effects which tells the audience how rural Nicholas is travelling but does it in a very funny way. During the film there are many examples of scenes like this where the audience gets an idea of what is going on throughout a travelling scene but is still made funny by the use of cutting and close ups as the scene progresses .
